What happened

Technical background
Section titled “Technical background”RecordLockedError is raised when the entity’s lockedWhen condition holds for
the stored row. No write handler may change or delete such a row. details carries
entityName and entityId.
Retrying does not help while the condition holds. Check what makes the record locked (for example a closed period or a finalized document) in the entity definition.
