Section titled “Technical background”AccessDeniedError: the directly-dispatched entry handler writes a field
flagged readAsInstruction: true (details.fields) but its resolved
agent risk (details.resolvedRisk) is below "high". details.handler
names the entry handler — delegating the call via ctx.write/writeAs
from a lower-risk handler does not inherit an inner handler’s declared
risk.
Declare agent: { risk: "high" } on the named handler.
