PuppeteerUnavailableError comes from @cosmicdrift/kumiko-renderer-puppeteer-client. It fires when the puppeteer service did not answer (network error, timeout, 5xx after retries) or when the client is not configured. The 503 tells the client to retry later. The cause (URL, network error, status) is only in the server log.

Check that the puppeteer service is running and that the client points at it, then repeat the action.
