Technical background
Section titled “Technical background”CapExceededError is thrown by enforceCap and enforceRollingCap once the value
reaches the hard threshold of the cap. details carries capName, limit,
currentValue and the tolerance profile. Calendar caps add resetAt (the end of the
period) and retryAfterSeconds, which the API also sends as Retry-After. Rolling caps
have no fixed reset time, so both stay empty.
Retrying before resetAt fails again. Raise the tier or wait for the next period.
